WP6 – Project Coordination and Management

Leader: ACIISI

1. To coordinate and manage all project activities, internal and external flow of information, provision of the deliverables and risk mitigation strategies.
2. To coordinate and manage the use of resources and the budget, including contractor procurement.
3. To establish a Consortium Agreement, submit all relevant reports to and communicate with the EU.
4. To ensure consistency across the WPs by standardisation of approach including data collection, methodology, analysis and storage.
5. To manage data in the project.
