The European project AquaWind, focused on demonstrating innovative multi-use solutions that combine floating wind energy and offshore aquaculture, participated in the WavEC Seminar held in Lisbon, one of the leading events in the field of marine renewable energy and the blue economy organized by WavEC Offshore Renewables.
During the event, AquaWind had a dedicated space where informational flyers about the project were displayed, available to all attendees interested in learning about its pioneering approach and objectives. In addition, the AquaWind promotional video was played during the breaks, providing participants with a clear and accessible overview of the project’s mission and ongoing activities.
AquaWind’s participation in this seminar helps to strengthen the project’s visibility among key stakeholders in the sector, promoting knowledge exchange and collaboration with technology organizations, public institutions, research centers, and companies involved in marine renewable energy.
Through initiatives like this, the AquaWind consortium continues its work in raising awareness and sharing knowledge about the opportunities offered by multi-use offshore systems, promoting efficient solutions that advance a more integrated and sustainable offshore sector.
